This video is a look into a Pole 1/2 class that you can join after becoming a member at our studio. Granted, this ‘trick’ took 4 months of conditioning, determination and consistency but it is very achievable, especially with our PFA certified instructor!
You will also notice how ENCOURAGING our Elevate girlies are. This is truly a studio of women that clap for each other, a studio that sets you up for success in your pole journey while keeping safety and proper technique top of mind and a studio that encourages you to love the skin you’re in.
