Tricks of the Trade

Class Time: 50 mins.

Interested in learning those cool tricks you see on TikTok? In this membership only class, you will learn a new trick every week. There will be a simplified version and an advanced version of each trick. No heels allowed, pole shorts required, no lotion 24 hours prior to taking class, and you must bring grip. To sign up for this class, you must be able to climb and pole-sit.
