You’ve put in the time, endured the pain, and are now ready to really PLAY! This class will challenge your Pole foundation by incorporating flow and transitions in-and-out of more advanced pole moves. It will be a brain teaser at times, but once you nail these advanced combos you’ll feel like a true professional!

*Prerequisite: Pole 2
