Exotic Heels

Class Time: 50 mins.

Each class will begin with a warm up while wearing heels to help prepare your legs and ankles for practicing various moves. After practicing/reviewing several transitions you will learn a short routine that you can take home and practice or add on to in an Open Pole session!
