Far From Basic Combinations

Class Time: 50 mins.

Now that you’ve got some spins in your repertoire, let’s put them together and make them flow in a combo! This class if for all Pole levels, with the understanding that you have learned several of the basic spins. This class will not teach HOW to do the spins, but rather provide a small combo in which you will transition in and out of several moves you already know. Think Instagram Story worthy!
