Along with learning the basics of twerking and booty shaking, you will learn a fun dance to showcase your new skills! You WILL sweat, so BRING WATER and prepare to burn calories along with those quads! Who needs leg day when you have Elevate TwerkFest?  *Kneepads and loose fitting bottoms are recommended.
